Once this information is received , a staff member responsible for that particular element of the response process enters the information into OpsCenter using a details data-entry form.

Once entered, the information is immediately available to all other staff members through OpsCenter status boards or reports. The automatically refreshed status boards place up-to-the-minute resource status information at the fingertips of all users.

Information entered through the forms is also used to update maps of the situation, providing a real-time visualization of the emergency as well.
